Italian prefab!!

Just amazing!! Soo cool prefab house - and it's from Italy!! :-))

Facts:
Italian Prefab Homes - wooden prefabricated house by SubissatiFrom Italian design company Subissati comes this wonderful, modern wooden prefabricated house. This Italian prefab home isn’t exactly what you’d expect upon hearing “wooden” and “prefab” in the same sentence. This chic, contemporary house design is the brainchild of architect Roberto Semprini; a sustainable house design born from the notion that the home should be a manifestation of fashion, function, elegance, environmental responsibility and poetry in life. This modern, open concept house design features minimalist interiors with a futuristic edge, because everyday living should be simple, but never be boring. Ultra-modern elements add excitement to these calm spaces, such as the original and innovative staircase. If you’re into eco sustainable homes, check out this Italian prefab home at the Bologna Fair, October 28 to 31, 2009.

Italian stone house

One of the best stone houses I have seen in a long time! Modern and rustic at the same time - just love it!

Facts:
Italian Stone House with rustic appeal on Lake Como, by architect Arturo Montanelli. Nature meets architecture in this amazing Italian countryside home by architect Arturo Montanelli. Built into a slope, this hillside house has a strong sense of gravity to it, grounded in a heavy, stone design. This stone house may be cool, but it has very warm qualities, incorporating exposed concrete and limestone with natural wood and exposed ceiling beams for a rustic look. This gorgeous lake house frames amazing views of Lake Como and the Italian countryside in every direction, adding to its natural appeal. The main floor is bright and airy, with a double-height living room and floor-to-ceiling windows with views of the garden outside. Upstairs, bedrooms boast peace and privacy. A strong Mediterranean style flavors the modern yet authentic stone home design.
