Precisely this house is a renovated former church into a modern house since the mid 19th century. It is located in Brisbane, Australia and owned by Willis Greenhalgh Architects. As the story goes, the church used to be a theater that later became a modern house. A slice of Brisbane’s heritage has been saved from demolition and transformed into striking two luxury house. The existing buildings date back to 1867 and are heritage listed.
